1. General Terms & Acceptance

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Suspension & Closure

w5555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their w5555 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within two business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. 7.2 Self-Exclusion

8.1 Game Outcome Disputes

All game outcomes on w5555 are generated by certified RNG technology or determined by live events (in the case of sports betting). In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or display malfunction — the outcome recorded on the w5555 server shall be considered final and binding.
